Larimer County pauses data-center applications to craft regulations

The moratorium, which will last 30 days, is intended to be a stop-gap until commissioners hold a public land use hearing Feb. 9, at which time they would have the option to impose a further six-month halt on data center applications and provide more time for county staff to develop needed regulations.
